A. Shipping Carriers

We use the USPS to deliver the product.


B. Order Processing
  • In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. Estimated Time of Arrival

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is processed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control. Here are our shipping options:

D. Order Tracking
  • Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received.
  • Tracking Notification: After processing (typically within 1–2 days), you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking link.
  • Tracking Delays: If tracking details are not yet available, it may be that the carrier has not scanned your package into their system. Tracking information will update once the scan occurs.
  • Assistance: If your order has exceeded the estimated arrival date, please contact us for assistance.

E. Change of Address
  • We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@clothhaiv.com​.

F. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
